Rewriting the Calendar

A few weeks ago, the president delivered a speech about the economy and the budget. My favorite quote:
"This morning my administration released the budget numbers for fiscal 2006. These budget numbers are not just estimates; these are the actual results for the fiscal year that ended February the 30th."
Okay, two things. First, the government fiscal year ends on September 30. Second, and this is the funniest part: February 30? I'll need to check my calendar, but I'm pretty sure that February 30 doesn't exist.

We always knew he had a certain way with words, but now we know he can't even get the calendar straight.
